Toronto Colts Bantam "A" Hockey Team Home

2002-2003 Season
The Toronto Colts Bantam “A” Hockey Team is currently in second place in their division.
The Toronto Colts 14 year old Team members along with their coaching staff and families will be working hard to make their 2002-2003 hockey season a success. This teams philosophy is to represent their community as positive young ambassadors to the game. In this regard they are expected to reflect the positive image expected by their sponsors.
Last years Peewee Team went from two previous losing seasons (winning only 1 game in each of it’s two previous years) to the GTHL East Finals. Along the way we were successful in defeating the 3rd place Willowdale Blackhawk's and the 2nd place Toronto Penguins before losing to the 4 time champion Markham Islanders. The team was also a Finalist in our Organization sponsored Invitational Tournament and won the American Cup Championship in Lake Placid.
This year we look forward to our trip back to Lake Placid to defend our title as well as our newly acquired status in the GTHL East as one of it’s top teams. The boys have been working very hard over the summer with a rigorous fitness schedule in order to help our team stay at the top levels of a very competitive league. We are also proud that 15 of our 17 players from last season have chosen to remain with our team this year, a level of team loyalty not often found in our league.
